Congratulations to Caledonia High School senior Isaac Clark for being named a Michigan High School Athletic Association’s (MHSAA) Scholar-Athlete Finalist! He is one of 120 Finalists (out of 1440 applicants) to still be in the running for 32 scholarships. The winners will be announced on February 21(Class A) for the $2,000 scholarship.
To be eligible for this award, students must have a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 (on a 4.0 scale) and previously have won a varsity letter in at least one sport which MHSAA sponsors a postseason tournament. Students were also asked to respond to a series of essay questions, submit two letters of recommendation, and a 500-word essay on the importance of sportsmanship in educational athletics. Way to go Isaac!
