City of Kentwood Parks and Recreation Department issued the following announcement on Jan 27.
Bring your family and join us for our Family Snow Day Extravaganza on Saturday, February 5 at Covenant Park. This two-hour event is $5 per person. Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend with their child but not required to if the child is 6+ years of age.
Participants will enjoy arts and crafts based activities such as snow painting, snow sculptures, snow storm in a jar, and more, plus a winter nature hike and a campfire with refreshments.
