District School Closure Next Week

Due to the rise in COVID-19 cases and staff shortages, we will be closing the district on Monday, November 22nd, and Tuesday, November 23rd.

Based upon guidance from the Kent County Health Department, Godwin Heights Public Schools will close two additional days next week on Monday and Tuesday, November 22 & 23.

The City of Kentwood is inviting residents to show off their decorating skills in its inaugural holiday light display contest, which will run Nov. 26-Jan. 3.
