Rep. Angela Rigas has announced the launch of a new website for the Michigan House Oversight Committee, aimed at collecting tips and suggestions for upcoming investigations. As Chair of the Oversight Subcommittee on Weaponization of State Government, Rigas emphasized the importance of this initiative.

“We’re going to look into every submission sent and listen to every whistle blown until no stone is left unturned,” Rigas stated. She expressed her commitment to hearing from Michigan residents who have experienced government overreach and helping them seek justice.

The House Oversight Committee includes six subcommittees focused on increasing transparency and accountability within state government. Rigas's subcommittee will concentrate on investigating alleged misconduct by the state in recent years.

“We’re going to look at everything from deadly COVID mishandlings to government corruption,” said Rigas. “Our constituents deserve to know what their tax dollars have been funding, both good and bad.”

Residents can submit tips and suggestions through mioversight.com under ‘Contact Us.’ Rigas encourages those affected by government actions or with relevant information to reach out.

“Accountability begins right now,” she added. “With your help, we’re going to get answers and bring the truth to the light.”

For further details, Rep. Angela Rigas can be contacted at (517) 373-1403 or via email at [email protected].
