Lowell Police Department issued the following announcement on Feb 2.
I received a special delivery today from my niece and nephew. They wanted to donate their very loved and slightly used stuffed animals to the Lowell Police Department. Did you know that Lowell Police Officers carry stuffed animals in our cruisers to give to children that experience trauma? Unfortunately, it happens sometimes and a cute teddy bear or a big frog can help a little bit.
