Lowell Police Department issued the following announcement on Jan 14.
ATTENTION INTERNET CRIME FIGHTERS:
Lowell PD took a call of a minor hit and run today. The blue full-size Chevy "work/conversion/creeper" van in the photo is the suspect vehicle. The van has black rims, running boards and one large tinted window on the driver's side. Unknown what the passenger side looks like.
If you know who owns the van or you see the van please contact Lowell Police Department, either via phone (616) 897-7123 or private facebook message.
