On Saturday, Feb. 22, former East Grand Rapids High School standout Zach Vriesenga’s college team lost in an NCAA Division I baseball game

On Saturday, Feb. 22, former East Grand Rapids High School standout Zach Vriesenga’s current college team, the Western Michigan Broncos, lost 14-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Louisville Cardinals.

The game took place at Jim Patterson Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Cardinals this season.

The Broncos’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 1 p.m. at Jim Patterson Stadium against Louisville Cardinals.
