Lowell Area Schools recently issued the following announcement.
Let"s give a big thumbs up to Amy Rokos, an Engineer from Stryker. Amy spoke to Sharon Macdermaid's 6th grade STEM classes about careers in Engineering. She is part of the Stryker Engineering team that works on robotic surgical equipment, and she was able to demonstrate to the students how the process works from start to finish.
Students were able to use a Stryker Bone Saw to cut a synthetic bone. What an awesome way to end the week!
