City of Kentwood Parks and Recreation Department recently issued the following announcement.
"We had over 3,000 people come out to Kentwood Trunk or Treat this past Saturday! A big thank you to all our participants and volunteers for making it a great event. The People's Choice Award for best trunk goes to trunk #8 from Kentwood Department of Public Works.
