City of Grandville issued the following announcement on Oct 5.
Halloween and Trick or Treating is not a City-sponsored event, however a date/time is traditionally suggested by the City. To be consistent with past recommendations when October 31st falls on Sunday, the City is recommending Trick or Treating hours between 6-8pm on Saturday, October 30. The date in the newsletter has been updated, and we apologize for any confusion or inconvenience.
