City of Wyoming issued the following announcement on Sept 22.
Wishing our forensic science technicians a very happy National Forensic Science Week! This crew plays a vital role in the investigative process whether they are gathering evidence, documenting a scene, or processing evidence in the lab.
Here is a snapshot of what our FSU team accomplished in 2020:
- Responded to 370 Crime Scenes
- Compared 9253 Fingerprints
- Submitted 737 AFIS Entries
- Processed 220 Vehicles
- Managed 4989 pieces of Property
- Analyzed 167 Drug Evidence Samples
- Completed 3498 Service Requests
