GRANDVILLE CITY COUNCIL SEEKING CANDIDATES FOR CITY MANAGER
A desirable suburban community only minutes from downtown Grand Rapids in southwest Lower Michigan, Grandville (population 16,000) is seeking to replace its retiring, long-time city manager. Residents value the small town atmosphere with safe and walkable neighborhoods and excellent parks and schools.
A forward thinking City Council, excellent departmental leadership and staff and strong financials await the successful candidate. The city desires a manager who appreciates teamwork and will facilitate ongoing collaboration across departments, community organizations and neighboring local governments.
Candidates must possess a four year degree in public administration or a related field and should have significant management experience.
