Lowell Police Department recently issued the following announcement.
The Lowell Police Department received a dispatch call regarding a car break in around Friday January 21st, 2022. The victim’s had several items taken from the car including a debit card. The debit card was used to purchase an item that was delivered to an address in Lowell. The Lowell Police Department obtained a search warrant for the residence on Thursday. The search warrant was executed late Thursday morning and the item that was purchased with the stolen card was located by police. Police also were able to locate most of the other items taken with the help of the suspect.
The case will be forwarded to the Kent County Prosecutor’s Office Juvenile Division to be reviewed for charges.
