In art composition, there are three types of space: positive space (where the subject or subjects are situated), negative space (all the area around them), and three-dimensional space (the skills that enable a two-dimensional work to be changed into three dimensional).
Miss Bandos' 1st trimester art class at LHS created Environmental Boxes where students created and attached a foreground, midground, and background to create an environment in the box.
